Open Dashboard first-run (Quick Start lives there).

Paste your REST endpoint URL; add headers or JSON body if needed.

Click Run — review the Outcome Card (status, timing, response).

When you need agents, branches, or approvals, click Promote to Swarm to carry context forward.
