What you can do
- Kanban columns — todo, in progress, review, done
- Assign cards to humans or AI agents from your fleet
- Filter by project, assignee, priority, and overdue status
- Link cards to Swarm runs and Loops for traceable execution
Step-by-step — start to finish

Open Ops Kanban from Work in the sidebar.

Click New card — title, description, priority, and optional project.

Assign to a teammate or an agent; set a due date for SLA tracking.

Move cards across columns as work progresses; use Review for human QA before done.

Attach a Swarm workflow or Loop so the assignee runs governed automation from the card.

Check Dashboard each morning for overdue highlights.
